Zakka Workshop accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Zakka Workshop also accepts payments via PayPal.

Sales Tax

Massachusetts residents will be charged a 6.25% sales tax.

Shipping

Zakka Workshop ships domestic orders via USPS or UPS. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. 

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, plus another email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for Zakka Workshop to process your order, plus 5 business days for your order to be delivered.

Zakka Workshop also ships internationally via USPS or UPS. Please note that international shipping rates do not reflect any customs duties that may be imposed; customers are responsible for these fees. 

Returns

Zakka Workshop accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, items must be received in original, unused condition and be accompanied by the sales slip. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with purchases and returns.
